Right
Talent

Right Ideas. Right Moment.

We bring creativity and new ideas to life.

Yes, we manage talent but we (actually) do it differently. We're creative at our core, working with the biggest personalities in the industry. The management model is outdated, and frankly, a bit stale. We put people before transactions, creativity as our edge, and integrity at the heart of everything we do.

We live for original ideas - the kind that spark over coffee, transform into real life and make us all proud.

We're in it for the
long haul

From the earliest spark to full execution, we shape ideas, develop careers, and stay committed every step of the way. We're not interested in quick wins that fade fast. We want to build careers that matters - that are built to last.

ve for the spark of an idea, the kind that starts over coffee and grows into something extraordinary. From first conversation to final launch, we connect talent with indies, broadcasters, streamers and brands to create work that we can all be proud of.

We promise creativity in our approach, loyalty in our relationships, and sharp attention to every client’s needs. Above all, we care about the people we work with; protect their wellbeing and make collaboration thoughtful, worthwhile and fun.
