Electric Umbrella brings learning disabled and neurodivergent people together with professional musicians to write, record and perform, shoulder to shoulder. The result is music, friendship and joy, and a quiet rewriting of how the world sees difference.

At Noah's Ark Children's Hospice, we fund the art and music therapists who work alongside children living with life-limiting conditions, and their families. It is creativity offered as comfort and connection, at the hardest of times.

Ruby Pie is signed up to Point.One. We give 0.1% of our revenue to Point.One's clean energy fund. If every business gave just 0.1% of revenue, we can build enough funds to fully transition the world to clean power in 15 years.

Meryl is co-founder of Ruby Pie, an experienced talent agent and creative commercial partner. She has worked with some of the UK's best-known broadcasters and creative talent, shaping careers, partnerships and ideas with care, clarity and commercial imagination.
Adam Pike
Co-Founder
Adam is co-founder of Ruby Pie, working across partnerships, sponsorship, commercial strategy and business development. He has built and backed mission-driven organisations, podcasts, live events and commercial ventures.
